Meet the New Boss

Crime doesn’t pay? Of course it does or people wouldn’t do it.

Wall Street cheaters?
Bank robbers?
Drug Lords?
Small potatoes.
The big money is the sport of the elected. How many politicians are actually in jail?

Napoleon knew exactly what he was doing. He may be corrupt. He may betray those closest to him, but he shrewdly gathered and held great power. And what does he get with all his wealth and luxury and comfort that came at the blood, sweat and tears of others?

The admiration of the nearby farmers.

We reviewed chapter 10. What a depressing manure field that was. We began the movie. It’s not much better. Look for differences between movie and book. They are significant.
